we usually conduct pre-departure briefing to our students before they travel where we provide useful tips including on campus student association applicable to them, nearest embassy, University wellbeing officer(s) contact details and important emergency contact, we also aim to respond to student email as swift as possible.

Depending on the university you are apply for, processing an application takes 4-6 weeks from submitting the application until getting the final decision. However, we encourage prospective students to apply as early as they can to avoid any unforeseen delay.
Some universities may request you to demonstrate proficiency in English and you can satisfy this requirement by passing academic IELTS or International TOEFL etc. However, some institution may waive this requirement and this is where you get a professional advice so as to not waste time and money on irrelevant criterion.
Some institution will request for a notarized document, this is generally nothing to worry about as we would work you through the entire process and provide with information on how to go about attestation if required.

Please don’t get them until your consultant inform you to do so, we do not want you to waste time, effort and money to get irrelevant documents. Not all visa applications require these documents and we will advise you accordingly.
